PTH series extruder equipped with high torque and high speed gear box, designed with specific torque of 12Nm/cm3 to achieve high degree of screw fill, which results in a decrease of melt temperature, thus improving compound quality. This helps to ensure a fast return on investment. For masterbatch application, the PTH machine also features new hoppers with inserts and quick open die head. Two-stage extruder is mainly designed for the modification and compounding of heat and shear sensitive materials. Its two-stage set-up and the modular principle of the process section allow highly efficient compounding of applications such as PVC, XLPE and HFFR cable compounds, soft PVC, medical compounds, EVA footwear compounds, etc. High torque design allows to use smaller size of twin screw to achieve expected output, which will help to save space and energy consumption. We have 3000m2 plant and over 30 employs, including a strong team of technical design and after sale service, which will insure the quick action to customer′s requirement.
